When you request a Free AI Visibility Snapshot, we collect the website URL you provide, your business type, and your email address. We collect this information solely to review your request, prepare the snapshot, and contact you about it.

Cookies and tracking

Ops Core currently does not use cookies, local storage, analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or background tracking software on this website.

How we use and store information

Snapshot requests are submitted through EmailJS and delivered to Ops Core. We keep the submitted information in our business email and internal records for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or is reasonably necessary to manage an ongoing client relationship. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We use EmailJS to process form submissions. Aside from this service provider and disclosures required by law, we do not share the information you submit with third parties.

Your rights
