These terms apply to services provided by OpsCore, the trading name of B Bahrami & X Xiang (ABN: 87 383 328 563), an Australian general partnership operating at opscore.com.au.
OpsCore provides outsourced back-office administrative and operational support services to small businesses on a monthly retainer basis. All services are provided on an "as is" basis in accordance with the scope agreed in your individual service agreement.
Nothing in these terms or on our website constitutes financial, legal, accounting, or HR advice.
Services are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars. Your invoice will be issued at the start of each billing period and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Payment is made by direct bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.
A per employee fee applies when new staff are added to your account and will be included in the following month's invoice.
All service engagements operate on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in period. Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice.
Due to the nature of our services, OpsCore does not offer refunds on monthly retainer fees once a billing period has commenced.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, OpsCore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business, or applicable law. We will post the updated terms on our website with a revised date.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you have an active service agreement with us, material changes will be communicated to you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
